Every apartment comes with 1 dedicated parking space on site and ample over flow street parking. Apartment 1 and 2 are downstairs.

This predominately minority neighborhood is filled with diversity. Its not for everyone. There are panhandlers and homeless people, loud cars driving by, and late night noise. You will see people walking, riding bikes, taking the bus, driving with loud music and having boisterous gatherings as in every vibrant multicultural urban setting. The immediate area in currently undergoing a revitalization with new business and residents moving in daily. Many Uber and Lyft drivers are available for guest that prefer a fast, safe transport to downtown and all of the local settings.
