The Space:

Master Bedroom and Bathroom: The master bedroom is generously sized and comes with a full walk-in closet and a smaller secondary closet. The master bathroom features a window for fresh air and steam control during showers, as well as a powerful showerhead and a water softener/filter for a luxurious bathing experience. You’ll find a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and a Queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, complete with a mattress protector and an extra comfort pillow top.

Living Room: The living room boasts a flat-screen TV, a stylish couch, a side chair, and a beach-chic side table. A raised dining table near the windows allows you to enjoy sunny ocean views through the buildings during breakfast and lunch, with a sparkling view of the famous Collins Ave hotel promenade lights at night.

Den/2nd Bedroom: Accessed through classic French doors, the den/2nd bedroom features a unique octagonal shape due to the building’s one-of-a-kind architectural design. Bay windows provide direct eastward views towards the ocean, making this room perfect as an extra den, office, hangout space, or guest bedroom. It also comes with a full private bathroom.

Kitchen: The updated kitchen features brand new Philips Hue fully dimmable and color-adjustable under- and over-cabinet lighting. It comes fully equipped with all necessary utensils, flatware, glasses, and cookware. You’ll appreciate the convenience of a sink disposal for easy cleanup, plenty of cabinet and pantry space, and a brand new microwave (as of December ’21).

Neighborhood:

This South Beach neighborhood, known as the Collins Park area in the northeastern part of South Beach, is a hidden gem favored by locals. It’s close to the high-end hotels lining Collins Avenue but removed from the hustle and bustle of Ocean Drive, creating a safer and more tranquil atmosphere. Yet, you’re still only 1.5 blocks from the beach and the stunning Miami Beach boardwalk that stretches for miles in both directions.

You’ll have easy access to Lincoln Road, Washington Ave, Collins Park (a beautiful oceanfront park inspired by art), the Miami Beach Ballet, and renowned hotels including the 1 Hotel, W Hotel, Delano, Ritz-Carlton, SLS, Shelborne, and the Setai.

If you’re in the mood for a concert at the Fillmore Theater, just one block south of the building, you can easily walk home afterward. And if you’re attending a convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center, it’s right across the street from our building.
