The living room sets the tone for relaxation after a day at the beach or a night out on the town. The sofa converts into a queen-sized pullout bed, ideal for extra guests or extended family and friends. The space includes a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals.

Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, offering ample space and closets to keep your belongings organized. The bathroom is conveniently located in the living room, providing easy access from either bedroom.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the communal garden, shared washer and dryer facilities, parking for one vehicle, and their private unit.

• Virtual reception is available 24/7 via phone and messaging, ensuring a contactless self-check-in and check-out process.
• Please be aware that this is a multi-unit listing. What’s rented is a room-type, not a specific unit number. Multiple units share the same layout, furniture, and amenities, with minor differences like a coffee table, couch color, and linens. All units are thoughtfully designed.
• Regrettably, we do not allow pets at our property.
• Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM, ensuring a peaceful environment without loud noise or music.
• Due to South Florida’s tropical climate, we conduct monthly fumigation services during the second week on Tuesdays every month. We use a professional company for this service, which is odorless and non-toxic to humans. Prior notice will be provided before this service takes place, and access to all units is required for the procedure.
