All guests must read and agree to house rules/manual prior to arrival. All furniture, linens, and utensils are brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups/glasses, a coffee maker (drip and single serve), plates/bowls, wine glasses, pots and pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, and cutting boards. All beds have high-quality white cotton bedding and there are plenty of white cotton towels, washcloths, and disposable slippers for your use! We also have a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer if you need to do laundry during your stay. We have fiber internet via Frontier with a booster, and there are three smart TVs, all of which have free access to YouTube TV!
