Upon entering the apartment, we have the living room with futon sofa, coffee table, side table, and dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. Facing the futon we have a smart tv with Amazon Firestick for movies, games, live tv, streaming and entertainment etc. Please feel free to plug in your own devices such as Apple Tv, Xbox, Playstation etc. to enjoy as well. The living room will follow into our kitchen which contains a cooking stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates and silverware as well as other cooking/baking utensils and materials. If you ever need any extra supplies just let us know. The kitchen has a back door, which leads to our backyard for you to enjoy with your pets. Through the hallway in the living room is the bathroom, with tub for bathing and showering, toilet, and sink. Toiletries, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for you, please let us know if you ever need any more also. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom with a queen size bed, side table and lamp, smart tv also with Amazon Firestick for entertainment, and a closet for you to hang your clothes and store your belongings. Linens, pillows, covers, hangers, iron and ironing board are also provided for you. Beside the bedroom is a locked door which leads to another adjacent unit, similar to hotel setups, which can also be booked additionally for larger parties. Otherwise, each unit is completely private and no unit has access to any other adjacent unit. The apartment has central A/C, hot water, and an electronic keypad lock system at the front door for access and security.

This apartment is located in a small 4 unit building. Your unit has a living room with dining area, full kitchen, backyard, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. You will have access to the entire apartment unit which is private and will not be shared or given access to anyone else. Each unit has an adjacent private apartment unit connected through a locked door, similar to hotel setups, which if booked additionally or for larger groups can be connected and booked as one larger connected unit. Otherwise, neither unit has access to the other adjacent units. Each unit is completely private, however the building common areas such as parking and outside patio areas are shared, so please expect the utmost respect and privacy to be asked of and given between all of us who share the building at all times. For parking, you can park in the available space in front of your apartment unit door. Please only one car per unit, please no parking in front of another apartment unit door. The neighborhood is safe and we have a camera surveillance system installed on the outside perimeter facing out towards the street for security. Quick access to the main road on our street to the rest of the city, highway I-95, and beaches just a short straight drive on the main road. Any questions we are here for you!
