The home is on a large lot with big front and back yards. The home is split into 2 sides. This side of the home is a 2 bedroom/1 bath, large living room large kitchen & dining room, large lanai and laundry room. We are using the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) checklist on 1st cleaning and then sanitizing the home.

The neighborhood is great for walking around. Separate entrances with full use of this side of the house and a full yard. Parking is either in our brick paver area or in the driveway up close to the house.
The other side of the home is a 1 bedroom/1 bath, large living room, kitchen that is rented on Airbnb also.
