This no-frills mobile home has been given modern updates and is located in a no-glam mobile home park. However, the mountain scenery and local mountain community charm create an energetically awesome backdrop for travelers looking to explore Joshua Tree, enjoy hikes, and stay on a budget.

We’re candid in saying this isn’t a glamorous mobile home park (hence the budget-friendly pricing). Still, it’s the only mobile home park that’s safe, serene, and boasts mountain views while allowing rentals. It offers a truly distinctive experience.

This very basic crash pad comes equipped with AC, WIFI, a comfy queen bed/mattress, and the option for budget-conscious travelers who don’t mind sleeping on couches. The bungalow has two bedrooms, with the second available upon request or when more than two travelers are staying.

With this booking, you’ll also have access to our main home and Jess’s vintage trailer park, located just 5 minutes away. The main listing provides more details about the perks of this inclusive package, including outdoor showers and community gatherings.

The bungalow is private, and you’ll notice some construction items in the exterior. We’re in the process of giving our mobile home a fresh coat of paint and creating an outdoor space, aiming for a sleek black exterior.

Before booking, please note that this area is known as the Windy Point area, and as such, it can get windy from time to time. It’s situated at the base of the Palm Springs mountain, so the spring season brings lush green mountains, while the summer season reveals a dry, beautiful brown landscape.

There’s a convenient mini-market and gas station within walking distance, making everyday essentials readily available. However, please be aware that there is no public transportation in this area, so having your own vehicle is recommended.
