Before I begin, I would like for you to know that the sofa is in poor conditions visually due to excessive use. It can be used comfortably, however when you see it is dirty.
I already made the order for which I am waiting for a special cover for the sofa so that it is new. That being said, let’s move on with the apartment:

When you enter to the condominium, in the main room you will find the living room, where you can enjoy an afternoon of watching TV. As well as the dining table and kitchen full-equipped to enjoy a delicious family/couple meal.
All this while glancing out the windows and gasping for breath from the unique views that the unit offers.

Next to it, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, its dressing room and main bathroom so you can feel at home while resting. Without forgetting its own access to the private terrace where you can enjoy a unique view to the north of the city of Hollywood.

On the opposite side you will find the second bedroom with a double bed and a sliding single bed below. With its own dressing room to place your clothes so that you feel at home, and a window with a unique view to the ocean. Its bathroom can be found outside, next to the bedroom.

Upon entering the unit, on the right side you will find in a small room, with the washer and dryer to sanitize your clothes as many times as you desire and consider necessary.

Both from the dining room and the master bedroom, you will be able to access your private terrace that has 2 sets of chairs and tables so you can sit and enjoy a drink and/or food while you delight in the unique views that the space offers.

Gym with city and ocean view
Jacuzzi with ocean view
Tennis court
Basketball court
-Beach with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella
