The Space: As you step inside this beautiful home, you’ll discover:

• Spacious Accommodations: With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room, there’s ample space for you and your guests to relax and unwind.
• Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the front courtyard with stunning mountain views and a lush backyard garden, complete with chaise loungers and an outdoor dining area for 6.
• 55+ Community: Please note that at least one person on the reservation must be 55+. However, guests under 55 can stay for up to 3 months. The 55+ guest will need to check in at the clubhouse to register.

Amenities: Your stay at Desert Willow Dream includes an array of amenities to enhance your experience:

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals with ease in the well-appointed kitchen, featuring all the utensils and appliances you need.
• Entertainment: Stay entertained with TVs in two of the rooms, the living room, and Spectrum with the entertainment package (HBO and Cinemax).
• Outdoor Living: Relax outdoors on chaise loungers or dine at the outdoor table. There’s also an eat-up bar in the kitchen, filtered water, an ice maker, and a Brita water purifier.
• Master Suite: The master bedroom boasts a spacious walk-in closet and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard garden.
• Convenience: A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, and ceiling fans are in every room.
• Golfers’ Delight: Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the two sets of left-handed golf clubs and three portable hand-held carts.

Location: This home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Coachella, Desert Trip, and Stagecoach festivals. You’ll also find Old Town La Quinta, numerous restaurants, stores, parks, Fritz Burns Park (with additional tennis and pickleball courts), and hiking trails within a short drive. The Palm Springs airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

Trilogy Community Amenities: The Trilogy community offers an abundance of amenities, including security patrols, making it a safe and welcoming environment. Guests can access the pools, spas, café, Coral Spa for massages and facials, gym, exercise classes, and various events for a fee of $60. Access is obtained by visiting the clubhouse upon check-in.
