This lovely apartment can host up to 8 people. It has partial water views and a great balcony to enjoy.

The Club at Brickell Bay is in the center of of the Miami business district overlooking Miami Bay. Close to many different areas of the city such as Wynwood, Midtown, South beach, and Miami Art Design District, this apartment is convenient for guests wanting to explore the city.
Besides the property being surrounded by skyscrapers and mixed landscape, the neighborhood is occupied by delicious high rated restaurants, night life venues, relaxing local coffee shops, organic grocery stores and street family organic markets on weekends.

There is a one time $50 application fee per stay, that is included in your reservation, and covers access to all amenities (pool, gym, lounge) and 1 parking spot. Upon booking, we will send you a short term rental agreement for eSignature which will be provided to building management for your registration.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm and check-out anytime before 11 am.

BEDROOM 1: Features a King bed, closet and access to bathroom and TV.

BEDROOM 2: Features 2 queen size beds, closet and access to bathroom as well as a private door to the balcony and TV.

LIVING ROOM: Features a queen sofa bed for 2 additional guests to sleep in. A work desk, dining area and TV.

BATHROOM 1: Features a bathtub.

BATHROOM 2: Features a bathtub.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you’d need to cook a meal in and a island kitchen seating for 4. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you’d like in a kitchen for cooking.

THE BUILDING: There will be pool towels for use at our lovely pool with hot tub. There is a 24 hour front desk. The unit comes with covered garage parking. There is a BBQ area with great seating for spending an afternoon grilling outdoors.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be held at the front desk for you as long as a mailbox key is not required. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.

PET POLICY: Pets are not allowed.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you’d like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. Please note that these are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.

SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.

The Climate & Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local “visitors” from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. 🙂

An assigned parking space in the private garage is included. Full space will be at guest disposal. We are nearby and ready to help there are any questions. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.
