Cozy up on the sofa with a cup of coffee and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TVs located in both the living room and bedroom. We understand the importance of convenience, which is why we provide free Wi-Fi and ample parking right in front of the apartments. Whether you’re arriving by car or on foot, we’ve got your needs covered.

• We regret to inform you that we are not a pet-friendly property. Unfortunate incidents have necessitated a strict enforcement of this policy.
• Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 8 AM (no loud noise or music).

We operate our units in an Apartment-Style Model, meaning we don’t provide traditional hotel amenities or housekeeping services. We furnish our units with the essentials to get you started, and guests replenish products from local markets as needed. On-site washer/dryers are available for maintaining personal and accommodation linens. Extra cleaning services are available for an additional charge.

Because of South Florida’s tropical climate, we perform monthly fumigation services on the 4th Thursday of every month with a professional company. Access to all units is required for this service, but rest assured that the treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans.
