The Space:

Immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere of Jupiter, where our home awaits with fresh updates and stylish decor. After sun-soaked South Florida beach days, rinse off under the outdoor shower for ultimate convenience. Whether you’re savoring meals or whipping up a family feast, our fully equipped kitchen has you covered. We provide beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, blankets, towels, and coolers for your use. Additionally, there’s a pack and play for your convenience.

Please note that town ordinances prohibit boats or trailers, and a noise ordinance is in effect at 10 pm to respect our neighbors. The property features active security cameras, including one in the living room pointing at the front door – please refrain from covering them, as they are for your safety and ours. Smoking, vaping, and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited, with a $500 cleaning fee for smoking.

During hurricane season (June – November), hurricane shutters and other preparations may be in place. The driveway accommodates two cars, possibly three depending on size. Street parking is not available, and parking on the grass is prohibited.

For environmental and safety reasons, please wash, dry, and put away any dishes, beach towels, and beach blankets that you use; failure to do so will result in an extra charge.

Our property enforces a strict policy against smoking, vaping, and pets. The maximum occupancy is 10 people, and unregistered guests are not allowed. Active security cameras are on the property, including one in the living room, to ensure safety and security.
