Please note the building allows monthly minimum stays and an application will be required to finalize your reservation. The building management reviews and needs to approve each booking. We will email you the building application upon reservation booking.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. Self check in.

THE SPACE: This is a large open concept loft studio apartment that is a size of a one bedroom, but the bedroom was not enclosed. There are 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling sliding doors which let in a lot of light and open to a balcony where you can see the skyline. There is a queen size bed and TV.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you’d need to cook a meal in. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you’d like in a kitchen for cooking.

BATHROOM: Features a bathtub.

LIVING ROOM: Features a sofa and TV, open to the bedroom as the space is not enclosed. There is a dining room table as well.

AMENITIES: There is a pool and a hot tub outside as well as a gym and 24/7 doorman.

LOCATION: Located downtown, you can walk to Starbucks, Whole Foods, CVS, 7Eleven and so much more.

TRANSPORTATION: The free metromover is right around the corner and the Briteline train is just a few metromover stops away.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (100+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.

PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $500 non-refundable, made payable to the building, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight cannot exceed 30 lbs.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: If you order any packages be sure to check in with the front desk a few hours after you receive delivery for confirmation from the carrier, as packages are always sorted and held.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you’d like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. Please note that these are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.

SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*

PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.

Gym Hours of Operation: Every day of the week: from 7:00am-10:00pm by reservation only. Reservations can be made by calling the front desk. Each reservation is for one hour.

The Climate & Bugs
Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local “visitors” from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. 🙂
