Nearby walkable attractions include the City Hall, Symphony Hall, Opera House and the exciting restaurants and nightlife in the surrounding Hayes Valley and mid Market area. Move in date is flexible. Your rent includes water and high speed internet (AT&T Fiber). You will be responsible for the electric bill. An optional secure full garage assigned parking space (in the same elevator that takes you to your home) costs $240 per month extra. No pets (only trained service animal allowed absolutely no emotional support animals) and no smoking please. Lease terms is flexible but the minimum stay is 2 months.
