Although unfurnished, you can bring your own stuff to decorate however you’d like. Option to furnish bedroom with bed, mattress, side chair, etc. for a slightly higher price in rent available! Your room has plenty of closet space and storage for your clothes as well. The bathroom is also clean and functional. The main living area comes equipped with a wood burning fireplace, a 55-inch Roku TV above the fireplace, a comfy 2-piece sectional, fast Wi-Fi, a cozy dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer in unit! The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious gourmet meal along with a Keurig machine with already supplied coffee pods to begin your lease! Parking is both plentiful and unassigned, and the lot is right next to the front door. The location is in a very quiet, clean, and safe area. There is a biking/walking nature path called Little Dry Creek and a Kaiser Medical Center right behind the condo with a couple of lakes and golf courses nearby. Major highway access is also a short distance away. Less than a 20a”25-minute drive to Boulder, downtown Denver, Golden, and the Rocky Mountains!
