Important information about this listing:
1. Parking on-site. LIMIT to 3 cars per reservation.
2. The washer and dryer are in the house and are free to use.
3. A propane gas grill is available for use.
4. The pool is maintained professionally weekly. It is outdoors in a pool cage. You can expect some dirt on top and at the bottom of the pool; it is impossible if you wish for an outdoor pool not to have any dirt on the bottom.
5. The house is cleaned professionally before your check-in.
6. The exterior and interior of the house are treated for pest control monthly.
7. The HVAC system is serviced quarterly.
8. The County picks up trash on Monday and Thursday and recycled items on Thursday. Please bring the trash cans to the curb so they can be picked up on trash collection day.
9. We provide two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, bed linens, bath and hand towels, some starter toiletries per bathroom, dish soap, and trash bags.
10. We provide some pots, pans, dinnerware, utensils, and some kitchen utensils and kitchenware.
11. We do not provide salt, pepper, cooking oil, or washer detergent.
12. We reserve the right to access the property with or without your consent to inspect the property. As a courtesy, we’ll let you know before we access the property.
