Enjoy a fun-filled getaway in this updated 4 BR/3BA open plan home w/pool, spa, and outdoor barbecue bar. Our Rancho Mirage home is centrally located. You can bike to Starbucks, and walk to food stores, and the Flea Mkt. 2 BRs have Murphy beds and are easily used for home offices. The master BR has a king bed and walks out to the pool. The 4th BR is a casita with a queen bed and private entrance. The renter pays utilities. Costs vary depending on how often you use the pool heater and AC.

Other things to note
The pool in the backyard is not gated. The pool is 5 feet at deepest, but not suitable for young children. Please also keep in mind that we are a family – not a corporation. We expect to have a positive/respectful guest/host relationship. We offer as much flexibility as we can. But we are not a concierge service. Our best guests are those that can be respectful and treat us/our neighbors, and our home as they would their own. Kindness in communication is always appreciated.
