We absolutely love our place and are renting it out furnished so that we have the opportunity to come back and stay here to enjoy San Francisco for a bit whenever we can in between tenants, but we are looking for long-term tenants whenever possible. Included: – Queen memory foam bed, armoire dresser, chest of drawers, nightstand, and full-length mirror. – Walk in closet with ample shelving and hanging rods – Dedicated work area with desk – Wall mounted TV – Double Dishwasher (if you don’t know what this is, you’re in for a treat!) – Stocked kitchen (cookware, utensils, plates, etc…) – In-unit HE washer/dryer – Beautiful patio with outdoor furniture, plants (if you’re willing to take care of them!) – Secure package delivery system via Luxer One. – Secure garage parking spot available for an additional $300/month Available 2/24/23 with those last 4 days of the month free for easy move-in.
