The Apartment
Our unusual large 2 bedroom apartment is a hard to find in center of New York City. The apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay, perfect for couple, friends, or family vacations. The wooden floors and brick walls will remind you that you are in a historic building in NYC. The full size kitchen it is loaded to bring the inner chef out of you. The comfortable bed will guarantee a good night sleep after a long day out on the city. We provide free Wi-Fi to stream your favorite TV shows, study, and stay connected. You have a nice private bathroom and closet to keep your apartment tidy and organized.

The building
Our unit is located in a beautiful 1900’s historic brownstone building that will provide you with a true New York experience. So please keep in mind that this classic building, which is a better word for older, is well maintained but lacks certain amenities that became more popular years after its creation. Stairs are a must, as there is not an elevator in the building and the A/C’s are located on the windows. The building is located in the center of the action just two blocks away from the Hudson river and its piers.

The Neighborhood
One of the best features of our apartment is the center of the action. Hell’s Kitchen is sandwich in between the Upper West Side and the Chelsea Neighborhood. Step out of the door and enjoy the beautiful architecture, bustling businesses and young feel of hell’s kitchen. With plenty of cute cafes, restaurants, bars, and local shops to suit any needs you may have near the . This great neighborhood is perfect for young professionals and students looking for their own private oasis in a city that never sleeps. Our building puts you a short walk away from Central Park, Universities, restaurants, Bars, Riverside Park, Lincoln Center, Museums, and much more!

Please read the following important information before booking to make sure that we are good match for your needs;

1- This apartment must be rented for a minimum of 30 days as per NYC law. Before booking a brief “application/terms&conditions/information disclosure” must be filled to comply with the city’s rules and avoid any issues with the reservation for either party and assure a comfortable and hassle free stay.

2- We have a few units in this building, and we list them using Airbnb’s multi listing capabilities for experiences host. This means that all apartments are in the same building and have the same amenities described in the listing. However you may reserve a unit that has slight different cosmetic finishes, such as paint color, flooring, bathroom tile, etc.

3-Breaking any of our rules disclosed on this listing could result in the host asking the guest to leave.

4- The building does not have an elevator and depending on the floor of your unit you may have to go up to a 5th floor.

5- As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included.

6- Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, plus any fees imposed by the fire station if such behavior sets off the central alarm system. We consider a party any number of guests over stated room occupancy – a limit given to us by the fire department.
