This was a successful Air B n B and got great reviews. Its not furnished now. Its all inclusive, so you have no utility bills except the internet (but you are free to use the house internet which works well enough for most people). It has a nice separate entrance with a vestibule (area between the outer door and the apartment door at bottom of stairs). There is also a exercise room in the next building. Its quit and cool since it is a basement unit. When it was build we soundproofed the ceiling pretty well, but its impossible to make it 100% soundproof. I also include Netflix and Xfinity plus there are two TVS already wall mounted. Showing is by appointment or a 2 hour window on the weekend.
