This location is great due to its proximity to Downtown/Old Town Scottsdale. It is an up-and-coming neighborhood, but it’s in the City of Scottsdale, one of the safest cities in the country! You’re across the street from Paiute Park, an 8-acre park with a playground, splash pad (summer), tennis, basketball, soccer field. Each unit is small, around 600 square feet.
You have full access to the entire condo and common community areas. You have access to the large heated pool (9am-9pm, heated Feb-May). On-site laundry room is available from 9am-9pm. There’s a propane BBQ grill that you are welcome to use. If you have kids, we have a pack n play and high chair if you want to borrow. Let us know ahead of time so we reserve it for you!
