1st Bedroom:
– Offers and extremely comfortable Queen size bed. Roku enabled 4K HDR TV.

2nd Bedroom:
– Offers 2 twin beds with mattress toppers. The beds are extremely comfortable. Roku enabled HDR TV.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN:
– High Chair & Pack n’ Play are available upon request.
– IKEA safe and sustainable plastic plates, bowls, and cups.

HOUSE ACCOMMODATIONS
Living room:
– Relax on our sofa while streaming your favorite show on our Roku enabled HD tv.

Kitchen:
– The kitchen essentials
include stove, refrigerator,
microwave, toaster, and
coffee maker.
– Complimentary cereal and
oatmeal to start your day.
– We also extend coffee,
tea, sugar, spices, ketchup,
mustard, olive oil, and
vegetable oil.
– All purpose flour and
nonstick muffin/ cupcake
pan in case you’d like to
bake.
– Tupperware, Ziploc Bags,
aluminum foil, serum wrap
in case you’re on the go.

Additional:
– Spatulas
– Plastic and Stainless- Steel
eating utensils
– Plastic ( IKEA) and glass
drinkware

Bathroom:
– Includes Bathtub, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash,

for added privacy. Large
enough driveway to park an
RV or boat.

meals while protected
from the sunlight and bugs
in the lanai. Relax and enjoy
your meals on our
Adirondack lounge chairs.

Please feel free to enjoy the entire house privately.

an extended front and rear
driveway to accommodate an RV or
a boat

– No unregistered guests allowed to
stay overnight

beach towels for a relaxing day at
the beach.

– No parties/ events allowed
– The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and noise curfew. Quiet time is 10 pm – 8 am.
– We are located near the Executive Airport, so you may see and lightly hear small planes from time to time.
