Guests will have access to the entire condo, community pool and spa, community BBQ, and the designated garage + 1 uncovered parking spot.

We are local’s and are around if you need anything during your stay. Only 6 guests are allowed. 2 parking spaces are provided, all others must use guest parking. This condo requires a Homeowners Association approval period of 20 days. The fee is included in the total price of the rental.
