We have been trying to contact Houzlet for over a month to extend our stay on an existing rental that we have with them and no one will return our calls or emails. We have a confirmed stay of 30 days and want to extend it to 51 days. At the time we booked the unit, March was not available but now it is. We are disappointed in the customer service and concerned that our first stay with Houzlet might be troubling.
