It’s in a prime location, 5-10 mins walk to Trader Joe’s, all the best Italian restaurants, Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, Embacaderro, Financial District, and more! The apartment is furnished with a super comfortable king-size bed, workstation with large screen, sectional couch, walk-in closet, and a large 600 sqt private patio(unfurnished). It also comes with a parking garage that can be offered at $400 extra per month. I’m hoping to rent this out starting in early Jan and am flexible on the terms. Can do 3 months or month to month.
