His and hers walk in closets are just off the master ensuite bathroom, where is a double vanity sink, and a walk-in shower. The master also has a flat screen tv for your viewing entertainment. The guest bedroom is separated from the master bedroom, with a queen size bed and a flat screen tv as well. The guest bathroom has a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. The washer and dryer are just off the kitchen in the inside utility room. There is a two-car garage, but the owner will be storing kayaks, and other personal items. Beach chairs, bicycles, and other pool equipment will be available for tenants to use during their stay. Wi-Fi is available for the tenants to use, and the TVs are Roku to stream your favorite streaming apps on. (Owner does not provide apps to stream with, and tenant must sign out at the end of their stay) Waterford Estates has many amenities to enjoy during your stay! 2 community heated pools, a fitness room, a clubhouse, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, and much more.
