It’s very bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment located at art deco building with elevator Kitchen is full equipped with all necessities you will need. It has also dining table. Living room area has 1 sleeper sofa – if you need to have extra sheets please let me know at least 24 hours in advance Bedroom has 1 queen size bed for two people, closet , night stands and dresser for your clothes . In the bedroom is nice corner window what makes apartment so bright amazing view on Collins avenue and partial ocean view from living room Might be bit noisy at night due cars and building structure. If you are very sensitive to noise I will be happy to provide ear plugs Bathroom is located in bedroom , is simple, has everything you need for perfect vacation. TV, Wifi, microwave, espresso machine, iron and much more in apartment.

1) Off street parking for individual rates, from 3am-9am for free.
2) On 27th Collins avenue ( 3 blocks to the south ) is public parking.
3) On 36th Collins Avenue ( 6 blocks to north ) is public parking as well.
4) In Hotel RIU you can have valet parking for $30/day
